There are 3 neurons. 1. Interneuron- connects motor and sensory neurons 2. Motor- carry impulses from CNS to muscles/glands 3. sensory- carry impulses from sensory glands to CNS
A sensory neuron send impulses from sense organs to CNS. A motor neuron sends impulses from CNS to muscles and glands. An interneuron basically just connects the two neurons.
