Today in biology we learned about invasive species. An invasive species is an animal or organism that doesnt belong but is placed in an area. An example of an invasive species would be a zebra mussel.

We also went over the differences in biospheres, biomes, communities, populations, and the organism. All of these that we went over go from one organism, to many organims, than to the whole world. We reviewed what herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores were while learned the food webs. Normally at the rop of the food web there is only one species because there is less energy being transferred. at the end of class, we checked on our duckweed and had to count all of the new leaves that it has grown. Don't forget to finish the bean lab. Get it done!!!
